About Us

Established in the eighties of last century, Sinostar International Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based company specialized in organizing industrial exhibitions, publishing Chinese technical magazines and offering direct marketing services to a clientele list worldwide.

Since 1983, Sinostar International Ltd. has been organizing the “Surface Finishing" & "Coatings” series of Exhibition in Mainland China and the shows are known as “SFCHINA” and “CHINACOAT”. From the year 1996 onwards, these two exhibitions have been held concurrently and alternated between the City of Guangzhou and Shanghai. Today, both CHINACOAT & SFCHINA are household names in their industry sectors. The net exhibit size of the two shows in 2011 exceeded 31,000sqm serving more than 1,321 exhibitors and 35,402 visitors worldwide.

Sinostar International Ltd. is also the publisher of “China Coatings Journal (CCJ)” and “Surface Finishing Journal (SFJ)” — the only official publications for the CHINACOAT and SFCHINA series of Exhibitions. Both magazines are published in Hong Kong, with major circulation targeted directly to the relevant industry sectors in China. SFJ is in Chinese language, while CCJ is a bilingual (Chinese & English) publication.
